Thriving in the crossroads of real estate and nonprofit service, Sandra feels her journey is shaped by a unique blend of experiences, navigating challenges in a male-dominated industry, entrepreneurship, single motherhood, Real Estate, and nonprofit initiatives. With a commitment to knowledge, reliability, trustworthiness, honesty, and professionalism, driven by her Christian faith, Sandra offers a hands-on approach to every endeavor.
In the dynamic Real Estate world, Sandra empathizes with the emotional journey families undertake during market fluctuations. Recognizing homes as places where children grow and families build connections, she aspires to assist families relocating to Florida, not only providing real estate services but also connections and resources for a new business and counseling for a seamless transition.
Fully bilingual and a South Florida resident for over three decades, Sandra’s diverse real estate experience and negotiation skills position her to serve clients with care. Whether working with investors or everyday buyers and sellers, her dedication lies in helping individuals make informed decisions.
Sandra’s commitment to education is reflected in her academic achievements—a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University and an MBA in the Aviation Field from Embry Riddle University. With 13 years in the male-dominated aviation industry, Sandra honed negotiation and organizational skills, engaging with top-level executives in aircraft transactions.
Driven by Christian faith, Sandra earned a Master’s degree in Leadership and serves as the Executive Director of A Place in Time Christian Ministries, combating food insecurity in Broward County since 2006. Guiding volunteers through challenges, Sandra prioritizes the organization’s mission to serve the community with love, compassion and respect.
Transitioning from single motherhood, navigating Real Estate competition, and relaunching a nonprofit provided Sandra invaluable insights: These experiences led to invitations to speak in various settings, where she shares empowering perspectives on perseverance, leadership, and serving with tenacity. Open to additional opportunities and happily married to her husband Sean, Sandra is ready to share her journey and insights.
